Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition within the stated return window. Used maintenance products, opened chemicals, installed filters, and custom-size items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at service@fullprohvac.com or call (786) 555-0180 with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
